Coaching Services
I provide coaching (non-therapeutic) services for individuals and couples who are functioning well, but feel stuck, unclear, or out of alignment in some part of their lives.
Coaching is practical, present-focused, and forward-moving. It does not diagnose, treat mental health conditions, or process trauma. Instead, it focuses on awareness, choice, communication, and skill-building - helping you see what’s happening more clearly and respond differently in real time.
My coaching work draws from years of experience in leadership, relationships, mindfulness, and embodied communication. We work with patterns as they show up now: how you make decisions, how you relate, how you manage pressure, and how you stay connected to yourself and others while doing it.
I offer coaching in three areas:
Executive Coaching: for clarity, leadership presence, and sustainable performance
Relationship Coaching: for communication, attraction, boundaries, and relational patterns
Mindfulness Coaching: for emotional regulation, embodiment, and learning to slow down without losing momentum
If you’re looking for therapy, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions, coaching may not be the right fit. If you’re looking for insight, accountability, and a skilled companion to help you navigate what’s next - coaching may be exactly what you’re looking for.
What Coaching is and Isn’t
This work is for:
Individuals or couples who are functioning well, but want to function better
People who are curious, reflective, and willing to look at themselves
Those navigating modern relationships, desire, or identity
Folks who want guidance, not hand-holding - and not clinical treatment
Next Steps
We’ll start with a free 15-minute consultation call - or some emails - so you can get a feel for what it’s like to work with me - and see if I’m the right fit for you.
If it feels like a good match, we’ll meet over Zoom in a confidential, supportive space. You don’t need to come in with the perfect words. I’ll guide you step by step as we slow things down and begin practicing tools that calm your system and help you understand what’s really been driving this pattern.
